In Memoriam

Marcel David Fremont

June 6th, 1979 - June 25th, 2008

Marcel was a heroic individual that lived and experienced life as richly and deeply as possible. He was many things; a scientist, a philosopher, an artist, an adventurer and a gentleman, a daredevil and a romantic, generous, compassionate, and true to his friends and himself. I don't have any idea how to express how much his friendship meant to me and how much he will be missed.

I'm trying to collect stories, pictures, songs, music videos, correspondence, anything that he left behind so that we can share our memories of him. If anyone has anything to share, please send it to me.

Update: June 30th at 4:30am - Driving up to Chicago today so web access will be sporadic until I return to St Louis on Wednesday, July 2nd.

Update: July 10th at 2:00pm - On Saturday, July 12th, at 6pm, Daved Fremont is hosting a gathering to remember Marcel. Daved's house is located at 4950 Pershing Place in the Central West End of St. Louis. Marcel's parents, Rick and Veronica, and brother Nathaniel will be attending.
